Enabling the Privacy Feature in ControlHippo prevents it from accessing personal chats of your WhatsApp account and disables the synchronization of personal chats with integrated CRMs, ensuring your privacy and safety.
When the Privacy Feature toggle is activated, ControlHippo filters contacts based on their presence in integrated CRMs. Only those contacts existing in the CRM are loaded and displayed in ControlHippo and further sync of messages takes place between those contacts only.
On the QR code Page.
[Note: If the privacy option is enabled without having an integration then Controlhippo will not sync any contact from your WhatsApp.]
- New contacts created in ControlHippo will be synced with CRM platforms.
- When using the ControlHippo extension to send a message, the contact information will automatically synchronize between CRM and ControlHippo platforms.
You will find the Privacy toggle at two other locations in ControlHippo on the QR code scan page, and Numbers Page.
On the Number Page, the toggle is shown beside the number when you enable the toggle of that number, Privacy mode will be enable for that particular number.
