As per the above screenshot if any customer reports that the access to the channel is denied you need to follow the below steps and inform the customer that they can disable the channel setting.
Step 1:- Login to ControlHippo Dashboard https://dashboard.controlhippo.com/
Step 2:- On the left-hand side, you will see a Workspace Testing option. Under that, you'll find Account Settings.
Step 3:- You can click on “Access Module”, where you'll find the first toggle, “Restrict Channel Access”, which is currently disabled. This is why the customer is seeing the pop-up. Once this toggle is turned on, sub-users will also be able to add channels from their account.
