How to integrate Salesforce with Controlhippo?

Step 1: Log in to the ControlHippo Dashboard.

Step 2 : Go to the section section and navigate to the Integration button under account management.

Step 3: Click on the integrate button under Salesforce.

Step 4: A pop-up will appear asking for your Salesforce account URL.

Note: You can find this URL in your Salesforce profile section.

Also, please make sure to include "https://" before the URL for a successful integration.

Step 5: Click on the "Add to Salesforce" button.

Step 6: Your Salesforce integration is complete.

Step 7: Navigate to the chat list page and initiate a conversation with your contacts.

Step 8: Open your Salesforce account and go to the Leads section. You will see the lead created for that contact.

Step 9: Click on the lead to open it. You’ll see the message activity synced in the contact’s activity.
