How to mark chat as DND (Do Not Disturb) in ControlHippo?

At times, it becomes necessary to include one or more numbers in a DND (Do-not-disturb) list to prevent unnecessary interruptions. ControlHippo enables you to effortlessly add and remove numbers to the DND list as needed. This functionality reduces distractions, enabling agents to focus on tasks without interruptions, thereby enhancing productivity and efficiency.

Here's how to use the DND feature in ControlHippo:

Step 1: Select the contact number you wish to add to the DND list.

Step 2: Once the chat screen for the selected contact number appears, tap on the top section where the name is displayed.

Step 3: Upon tapping the section, a panel will appear on the right side containing details about the contact number.

Step 4: Locate the toggle button labeled "DND" within this panel.

Step 5: Tap the "DND" button to move the number to the DND list.

Step 6: Access the DND numbers by navigating to the "DND Chats" menu under the "More" dropdown.

Step 7: To remove a number from the DND list, repeat the same process.
