How to restrict Group sync chat?


Step 1: Log in to the ControlHippo Dashboard using your credentials https://dashboard.controlhippo.com/


Step 2: Navigate to the Settings option from the menu.




Step 3: In the Settings, select Account Settings



Step 4: Within Account Settings, locate the Access Module section, where you will find the Group Sync option.



Step 5: Toggle the switch to disable Secure Chats.




Step 6: When the group sync is enabled, group chat activities will be automatically synced to both ControlHippo and the CRM.

Step 7: If you disable the group sync, group activities will no longer be synced to ControlHippo and the CRM.



Important Note:

  • This feature is accessible only to admins.

  • Messages will be synced to ControlHippo and the CRM exclusively for admin users.
