How to stop individual chat sync. with CRMs?

Steps to Disable Chat Synchronization:


Step 1: Log in to your ControlHippo Account.

Step 2: Open the chat in which you want to stop synchronization with CRM.


Step 3: Now click on the " i " icon, the detail tab will open on the right side.



Step 5: You need to turn off the toggle of "Synchronization of chat", you turn off the toggle controlhippo will stop sending message activity to the CRM of that chat.


Step 6: You check in your CRM, the new messages from that contact/chat will no longer sync.
