How to delete contact in controlhippo

Currently, ControlHippo does not offer a direct way to delete contacts. However, you can follow this alternative method

Go to your phone and select the contact you wish to delete.

Step 1: Go to the phone and choose the contact you want to delete.

Step 2: Access your ControlHippo account by logging in to the dashboard.

Step 3: Navigate to the Settings option from the menu.

Step 4: Navigate to the Account management in which you will find an option of “Channels”.

Step 5: Locate the Action column associated with the channels.

Step 6: Click the red trash bin icon to delete the specific channel linked to the contact.

Step 7: You’ll need to rescan the number that you have just deleted.

You will see that the contact has been successfully removed.
