How to integrate WhatsApp Business API in ControlHippo?

Steps to Integrate WhatsApp Business

Step 1: Sign up/log in to the ControlHippo web app.

Step 2: You will be landed on the Conntrolhippo Channel Page. Click on the "Get Started" button on 

              WhatsApp Business API.

Step 3: You will be directed to the new page where you will find guidelines and requirements for WhatsApp

              Business. If you meet all the requirements then click on the "Connect" Button. 

Step 4: After clicking on the connect button, you need to accept the terms & conditions. Click on the

            "Connect Facebook" button. 

Step 5: Enter your Facebook credentials, with which your Facebook business manager page is associated.

Step 6: AS you click on the continue button it will next page where the further steps will be displayed.

Step 7: Select the meta account on which you want to get WhatsApp Business API

Step 8: If a new account is made or you already don't have a meta account then the following data will be asked.

Step 8: After entering the following details Step 1 of account set-up is completed. Now move to 2 steps.

Step 9: Enter the name of your Business Profile.

[Make sure the business name is be same as your website name]

Step 9: After completing the above process, you will move to 3 steps of number verification.

             Make sure the number that you enter for WhatsApp business does not exist in any other WhatsApp

             account.

Enter a 6-digit Verification code, received on your mobile number.
