How to sync previous chats in Whatsapp?

Step 1: Log in to the Controlhippo dashboard: Controlhippo Dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to the Channels section.

Step 3: Look for the Connect option below WhatsApp.

Step 4: Scan the QR code to add your number on WhatsApp.

Step 5: Once connected, your previous chats will sync automatically. Please allow some time for this process to complete.

Step 6: If you cannot see your previous chats, please try the following:

Log out of the system and then log back in.
Rescan your number.

Note: This feature is currently available only for the WhatsApp channel. Chat syncing is active only for Business domains. If you are using a Gmail domain, please contact [email protected] for assistance.
