Step 1: Open the ControlHippo dashboard and click on the “Chats” option in the top left corner.
Step 2: Select the chat you want to resolve and vice versa.
Step 3: To go back to your resolved chat, click on the “More” option.
Step 4: To check any unresolved issues, click on the “Unresolved” chat option.
