How to integrate Instagram with ControlHippo?

Steps to follow

Step 1: Log in to the ControlHippo account.

Step 2: Click on the "Channel Page" option from the side menu.

Step 3: Click on the "Connect" button on Instagram button.

Step 4: You will be redirected to a new page, click on the "Connect with Facebook" button.

Step 5: Log in to your Facebook account, in which your Instagram business account is associated.

Step 6: Grant all the required permissions, and select the business with which your Facebook Page is associated.

Step 7: Now select the Facebook page, on which the Instagram business account is associated.

Step 8: You will now see the list of Instagram accounts that are associated with the selected Facebook page. Click on continue after selecting the account.

Step 9: Now accept and grant all the permissions that ControlHippo asks for integration. Click on the "Save" button.

Step 10: You will see a drop-down on the page. Click on the drop-down and select the Instagram business account that you want to integrate.

Step 11: Click on the "Connect" button, and your integration is completed.

Step 12: Now open Instagram account give to "Access to messages".

Step 13: Tap  or your profile picture in the bottom right to go to your profile.

Step 14: Tap option in the top right to open "Settings".

Step 15: Tap on "Messages and Story replies" in settings.

Step 16: Tap on "Message Controls" in messages and story replies.

Step 17: In Message controls on the "Allow access to Messages" toggle button.

Now whatever message you receive in your Instagram business account inbox will be displayed in Controlhippo. Now you will be able to send messages to them from controlhippo itself.
