How to Add a Channel in ControlHippo

Step 1: Login to the Controlhippo dashboard: https://dashboard.controlhippo.com.

Step 2: Navigate to the Channels section.

Step 3: Multiple omnichannel platforms will be available for connection. For more information on available channels, visit this link.

Step 4: Below each channel, you'll see the "Connect" option.

Step 5: Clicking "Connect" will take you to the next step, where you can follow the connection process.

Step 6: Next to each channel name, you will see an "i" icon, which provides a link to an article explaining the steps to connect that specific channel.

For example, if you're connecting to the WhatsApp channel, the article will guide you through the specific steps to complete the connection.
