How to Restrict Channel Access from Sub users?

Step 1: Log in to the ControlHippo Dashboard using your credentials https://dashboard.controlhippo.com/

Step 2: Navigate to the Settings option from the menu.

Step 3: In the Settings, select Account Settings.

Step 4: Within Account Settings, locate the Access Module section, where you will find the Restrict Channel Access option.

Step 5: Toggle the switch to enable Secure Chats.

Step 6: Users will not be able to add any channels from their end to the account.

Important Note:

Only admins have access to this feature.
