How to use the Bulk message feature in WhatsApp scan?

Step 1: Log in to the ControlHippo Dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to the Chat section.

Step 3: Navigate to the 'Number' section and select a specific number.

Step 4: Click on the contact's picture next to each name, as shown below. A ✔️ symbol will appear once you click on it. You will also see a 'Select All' option, which allows you to select all the contacts saved under that number.

Step 5: Click on the Bulk option.

Step 6: A dialog box will appear where you can type your message, attach files or images, and then click 'Send' to proceed.

Step 7: The results of the bulk message will be displayed in the Campaign Section.

Note: The system will take approximately 10 minutes to send the bulk messages.
