How to create a group in controlhippo

Step 1: Log in to the ControlHippo Dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to the Chats option.

Step 3: Click on the Create button next to the search icon.

Step 4: You will see two options; please select the Create Group tab.

Step 5: A new dialog box will appear. Enter the group name and select the contacts you would like to add to the group.

Step 6: Click on Create Group to successfully create your group.

Note: The option to create a group is only available to admin or owner accounts.
