How to add participants in a group

Step 1: Log in to the ControlHippo Dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to the Chats option.

Step 3: Open the group where you would like to add participants.

Step 4: In the top left corner, click on the “i” symbol, as shown below.

Step 5: Under User Actions, select the option to “Add Participants.”

Step 6: A dialog box will appear. Search for the names of the participants you wish to add and click "Add Participants."
