Troubleshooting steps to resolve integration issues with controlhippo.


Step 1: Log in to the ControlHippo Dashboard.


Step 2: In the Settings, select Integration under Account Management.


Step 3: Check if your CRM is integrated with ControlHippo. If integrated, a green box labeled "Integrated" will appear below the CRM you wish to connect.



Step 4: Ensure the email addresses in both the CRM and ControlHippo are the same.


Step 5: Verify that the contacts are properly mapped in the CRM.
