How to Analyze the Reports

Report Analytics refers to the process of collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate reports that provide insights into business performance, user behavior, and other key metrics. These reports help organizations track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.


Use of Report Analytics:

  1. Performance Tracking – Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business and employee productivity.

  2. User Behavior Analysis – Understand customer interactions, preferences, and trends to enhance user experience.

  3. Data-Driven Decision Making – Helps businesses make informed decisions based on actual data rather than assumptions.

  4. Operational Efficiency – Identifies bottlenecks and areas for improvement in workflows and processes.

  5. Predictive Insights – Uses historical data to forecast future trends, helping businesses prepare for upcoming changes.

  6. Compliance and Auditing – Ensures businesses meet industry standards and regulations by maintaining detailed records.



Step 1: Log in to the ControlHippo Dashboard using your credentials.

Step 2: Go to the Reports section as shown below in the image:



Step 3: The report section displays five types of chats, as shown in the screenshot below.






Step 4: You can filter reports by date, week, or month. The maximum time range is 3 months.





Step 5: Use the option below to filter the report by a specific number.
