How to unallocate the number from the user

Step 1: Log in to the ControlHippo Dashboard using your credentials https://dashboard.controlhippo.com/

Step 2: Navigate to the Account Management in which you will find an option of users.

Step 3: In the Action column, locate the blue box labeled "Allocated Number Update."

Step 4: Click the blue box next to the user to unallocate the number. A new dialog box will appear.

Step 5: Select the number to unallocate, then click "Submit."

Step 6: After unallocating the number, the user will no longer have access to its chats..

Important Note:

• Only admins and owners have access to this feature.
