How to integrate HubSpot with ControlHippo?

HubSpot Integration: 


[Note: To prevent duplication, the default country code is integrated into the system, thereby ensuring that contacts entered into your CRM are uniquely identified and not replicated]

Step 1: Login to ControlHippo 

Step 2: Open the Integration page in the ControlHippo.



 Step 3: Click on the integrated button




Step 4: A pop-up box will appear, click on the Add to HubSpot button.



Step 5: It will direct you to the HubSpot login page, login into HubSpot with your HubSpot account credentials. 


Step 6: A new page will appear where you can choose the HubSpot account, choose the account,                   and click on the button.


Step 7: After clicking the button you will be redirected to the ControlHippo Integration page. Refresh the page if you don't see the integrated text on the button. 




Step 8: Get to the chat list page and start a conversation with the customer.


Step 9: You can see in your HubSpot account, a new contact has been made by the customer.


Step 11: Open the contact and you can see the message in the activity section. If you are unable to see then make sure that you have marked the WhatsApp check box from the filter.


Step 13: In ControlHippo, we send leads to the contact and deal section of the HubSpot user, if the user does not have any of these then automatically ControlHippo will create a contact and store the chat in that.
