How to set-up HubSpot Automation in Controlhippo?

Steps to set up Automation:

Step 1: Log in to the ControlHippo account.

Step 2: Go to the integration page and integrate the HubSpot.

Step 3: Now open your HubSpot Account. Click on the "Automation" option.

Step 4: A drop-down will open, select workspace from the drop-down.

Step 5: Click on the "Create Workflow" button. Select the From Scratch option.

Step 6: Now Select the contact-based option and blank the workflow radio button. And click on Next.

            [Note: You can select any option based on your requirements.]

Step 7:  Now set up the trigger when you want to execute the event.

Step 8:  Now select the event on which the trigger will execute. Click on Save.

Step 9: Now click on the Plus button to set the integration in which this action will happen. Select Controlhippo: Shared Inbox option.

Step 10: Now configure the Controhippo: Shared Inbox.

           1. Select from number, all the numbers in the account will be displayed here choose the number by which your automated message will be sent.

  2. In To number, select a Phone number in the field of contact(HubSpot Field) by receiving which contact is uniquely identified.

      3.  In writing a message, select the token of values that you want to pass dynamically in the message.

Now click on save your workflow is ready.

Step 11: Now Click on the "Review and publish" button and enable the workflow.

Step 12: Now go to the ControlHippo, to receive/send the 1st message to the contact. The workflow will send the automated.
