How to integrate PipeDrive with ControlHippo?

Step for Pipedrive Integration:

[Note: To prevent duplication, the default country code is integrated into the system, thereby ensuring that contacts entered into your CRM are uniquely identified and not replicated.]

Step 1: Log in to the ControlHippo Account.

Step 2: Open the Integration page on ControlHippo.

Step 3: Click on the Integrate button of PipeDrive.

Step 4. A pop-up box will appear, click on the Add to PipeDrive button.

Step 5. You will be directed to the PipeDrive login page, where you need to log in to PipeDrive through your credentials.

Step 6. Click on the Allow and Install button.

Step 7. You will get the option to share this integration with all your Pipedrive sub-users so that they have visibility of the Whatsapp module in Pipedrive. Select shared or private as per your need.

[Note: You need to make sure that your sub-user has also installed the ControlHippo app in his 

Pipedrive account to make this module visible.]

Step 8: Once you enter the credentials and login you will be directed back to the integration page. 

Your integration has been completed.

Step 9: Setting box will open. You can select where you want to sync the message activity in Pipedrive 

contact or Deals.

Step 10: Now go back to the Chat page and start a conversation with your contacts.

Step 11: Now open your Pipedrive account, a new contact has been made in the activity section of your Pipedrive account.

By clicking on the contact, you can see that the message has been synced and displayed in PipDrive.

If you want to do the messaging, from the Pipedrive itself then in contacts, open a contact you will see a messaging module in the module.

Click on the "Send WhatsApp Message" button a dialog box will open where you can enter the message.
