How to integrate Chatbot with ControlHippo?

Step 1: Log in to your ControlHippo account.

Step 2: From the side menu, navigate to the "Channel Page".

Step 3: Click on the "Connect" button next to the Chatbot option.

Step 4: You will be redirected to the "Connect Chatbot" page.

Step 5: Fill in the following fields on the "Connect Chatbot" page:

Channel Name: Enter a name for the chatbot channel (e.g., "Test_channel").
Chatbot Theme Color: Choose a theme color for the chatbot widget using the color picker or by entering the hex color code (e.g., #1890ff).
Select an Icon for the Widget: Upload an icon image for the chatbot widget by clicking on the "Upload" button and selecting your preferred image file.

Step 6: After filling in all the fields, click the "Save Changes" button.

Step 7: Once the changes are saved successfully, a success message will appear (e.g., "Chatbot connected successfully").

Step 8: A script code will be generated on the same page. This script is needed to enable the chatbot on your website.

Step 9: Copy the script provided.

Step 10: Paste the copied script into your website’s HTML file just before the closing </body> tag.
