How to Update the AI Knowledge Base in ControlHippo?

Step 1: Log in to your ControlHippo account.

Step 2: Connect to your preferred communication channel.

Step 3: Click on the AI Hub from the sidebar.

Step 4: To update the knowledge base, click on Import Website.

Step 5: A dialog box will open. Enter the name of the website or document and the URL of the website, then click on the Submit button.

Step 6: The data training process will begin, and you will be notified once it is complete.

Step 7: After receiving the notification, you can proceed to the chat section.

Step 8: The AI Chat Assistant will suggest answers based on the updated knowledge base. The agent can either edit the suggested message or send it directly.
