How chat Activity in Salesforce will appear after Integration

Scenario: The customer wants to know if it’s possible to show the recipient’s phone number in the WhatsApp chat which is syncing in Salesforce. Right now, only the sender’s number is shown for both sides as shown in the image below:



Step 1: The image shown is from Salesforce CRM.


Step 2: As you can see, the phone number column shows the same number for both sender and recipient


Step 3: This helps us quickly identify and assist our customers, ensuring a seamless experience across different channels if they have Integrated with Controlhippo.
