How to notify users on assigned chats?

Step 1: Log in to the ControlHippo Dashboard using your credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to the Settings option from the menu.

Step 3: In the Settings, select Account Settings

Step 4: In the Account Settings, go to the Notifications for Assigned Chats section.

Step 5: You can turn the "Send Notification" button ON/OFF as needed, as shown below.

Step 6: When you turn the button ON, you will receive email notifications whenever a chat is assigned to you.

NOTE: Only the admin can have access to this feature.
