How to Secure Chats agents from Sub users

Follow these steps to enable the Secure Chats feature:

Step 1: Log in to the ControlHippo Dashboard using your credentials https://dashboard.controlhippo.com/

Step 2: Navigate to the Settings option from the menu.

Step 3: In the Settings, select Account Settings.

Step 4: Within Account Settings, locate the Access Module section, where you will find the Secure Chats option.

Step 5: Toggle the switch to enable Secure Chats.

Step 6: Once enabled, users will only be able to view their assigned chats and any unassigned chats.

Important Note:

This feature is available only to admin users.
