Modified on Fri, 8 Nov at 1:18 AM

What is the Auto Reply feature?
The Auto Reply feature allows users to set custom hours when they are unavailable to receive calls or messages. During these hours, an automated message will be sent in response to any incoming communication, notifying the sender that the user is unavailable.

How can I set up my unavailable hours?

  1. Toggle the Auto Reply switch to enable or disable this feature.
  2. In the text box, enter the message that you would like to send automatically during your unavailable hours. This message will be sent when you are unable to respond to calls or messages.
  3. Select your Time Zone from the dropdown to ensure accurate scheduling.

How do I set specific hours for unavailability?

  1. Choose the day(s) you want to set unavailable hours (e.g., Monday, Tuesday, etc.).
  2. Click on the time fields to enter your unavailable start and end times. For example, if you are unavailable from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Monday, select Monday and set the time range accordingly.
  3. Use the + button to add more time slots if needed for that day.
  4. To remove a time slot, click the delete (trash can) icon next to it.

What happens when I receive a message during my unavailable hours?
If you receive a message during the hours you've marked as unavailable, the auto-reply message you set will automatically be sent to notify the sender that you are currently unavailable.

Note: If the Always On toggle is enabled, the auto-reply message will be sent for the entire day.

Can subusers edit the Auto Reply settings?
No, only the Parent User has access to edit the Auto Reply settings. Subusers can view the unavailability schedule set by the Parent User but cannot make any changes.

Can I set different unavailable hours for each day?
Yes, you can set specific unavailability hours for each day of the week. For instance, you can be unavailable on Mondays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and on Wednesdays from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

How do I save my changes?
Once you've configured your unavailable hours and auto-reply message, click the Save button at the bottom of the page to apply your settings.
